COVID Response

    While the global and local climate continues to shift in response to COVID-19, we at ODH want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation and ready to make adjustments accordingly. In the midst of it all, we do stand by continuing to provide our customers with reliable access to our products and services as far as we are able, while operating a manner to minimize the impact of this virus on our communities.

At this time, ODH is continuing with “business as usual” – meaning our staff is on hand to process and ship orders, as well as providing space for pickups as required.

Health and safety are a priority of ours, for both the staff and clients of ODH. While we miss getting to interact with many of you in person, we recognize that many of our clients will be working from remote locations. As such, we encourage you to continue to communicate with us via email and phone as much as possible. This includes if you intend to pickup from one of our locations – ordering in advance allows us to have orders ready for quick access and minimal cross-over. We can also process payments over the phone to eliminate your need to use our merchant terminals in person.

At this time, we have no reason to expect delays to stock or shipping, but will keep you appraised of the situation as it progresses. We thank you all for your patience and understanding as we all continue to adapt to the situation. Please let us know how we can best serve you in these times as well!
